Reigning middleweight champion Gegard Mousasi (48-7-2) successfully defended his belt against John Salter (18-5) at the Mohegan Sun Arena on Friday evening. He punched out Salter at 2:07 in the third round of the five-round main event.

"He's a southpaw so everything is more difficult," stated Mousasi after the bout.

Andrey Koreshkov (24-4) defeated Sabah Homasi (15-10) during a featherweight bout. Two judges scored it 30-26 and one scored it 30-27.

Raufeon Stots (17-1) defeated fellow bantamweight Magomed Magomedov by unanimous decision. Two judges scored it 30-27 and one scored it 29-28.

Davion Franklin (4-0) punched his way to a KO at :21 in the first round of a heavyweight fight with Everett Cummings (15-1) Franklin stated afterwards he would like to fight Cheick Kongo.

Khadzi Bestaev (11-4) defeated Ty Gwerder (5-3) by unanimous decision. All three judges scored the middleweight bout 29-28.

Pam Sorenson (9-3) defeated Roberta Samad (5-1) by split decision. All three judges scored the featherweight bout 29-28 with two favoring Sorenson.

Jeffrey Glossner (3-2) defeated Sebastian Ruiz (2-4) by unanimous decision. All three judges scored the 142-pound contract bout 29-28.

Jon McNeil (1-0) defeated Orlando Mendoza (0-1) by TKO due to punches at 3:57 in the third round of a 195-pound contract bout.
